Notice of Certification of Tax Rolls
The Current Data on this website represents Preliminary Working Values Only. These values were submitted to the Florida Department of Revenue July 1, 2023 for Preliminary Roll Approval only. Pursuant to section 193.122, Florida Statutes, the 2022 Santa Rosa County Tax Rolls were approved by the Value Adjustment Board on December 5, 2022 and all files were forwarded to the Florida Department of Revenue for the 2022 Final Certification.Public Records Requests of the Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser
Records regarding Real Property and Tangible Personal Property assessments are maintained at the Santa Rosa County Property Appraisers Office and are available to the public upon request. Please note records such as Deeds, Surveys, Titles, etc., are not maintained by this office.
